Ya know, I have mixed feelings on ebook piracy, but I don't usually (actually never) get into the online scuffles one way or the other on the subject. Some might think maybe I should, but sry, I just don't. :-/ Anyway, I really admire thriller author Joe Konrath and his stance on a lot of things in publishing including piracy, and while *occasionally* I don't agree with him, I really dig his style and his way of explaining things. (Um, I can be sorta blonde, so it's helpful.) Very cool dude. So go take a look at his blog at A Newbie's Guide To Publishing about "Booty Call"---some really interesting stuff. I found it cuz I'm a lurker there and subscribe to it on my Bloglines feeds thingy. :D

As to epiracy...yeah, it pisses me off to have my book stolen on the very day of release. Thing is, it doesn't matter how fast my publisher gets it taken down, it goes right back up. An exercise in futility, I'm thinking.
Yep, it's a growing symptom of technology. Thanks for your comment, Regina! :)
